JA Consulting is a boutique management consultancy, which, over the last 20 years, has helped hundreds of organisations like yours succeed.
We try to make it really easy to do business with us, and as a result have worked with many Government Departments, FTSE100 Companies, large overseas multinationals, small businesses and charities.
Our Working Style
We have a team of around 20 Principals and Associates who have successfully led multi-million international and small businesses. Our backgrounds span all the major functional roles, from Marketing, Sales, HR, Engineering to Project Management. We all chose consulting because we found we really enjoy helping others succeed. We are all problem solvers with a track record of delivering real results in organisations like yours.

Of our team of around 20 Principals and Associates, many have successfully led £multi-million, international and small businesses themselves. Your project will actually be delivered by the people you meet and we peer review all of our work. We focus on delivering significantly more value than our costs and have a track record of delivering business growth and profit improvement which far exceeds our costs.
Our business model relies on repeat business and recommendations; we therefore focus on delivering real value and passing on skills and knowledge which the organisation can sustain for itself. We get significant repeat business, and may update or refresh, but we have never had to repeat the same piece of work for a client. We are therefore told by our clients that we represent excellent value for money.
Partnering
We are very comfortable with partnering, in-fact we help some of our clients with their own partnering strategies. We’re happy to partner with and support other consultancies, whenever the client needs a blend of skills and/or domain knowledge.
