JA Consulting is a boutique management consultancy, which, over the last 20 years, has helped hundreds of organisations like yours succeed.
Your organisation has chosen to work with JA Consulting because we offer overall better value than trying to do it with internal resources. Unless your organisation is very unusual, then it is under pressure to perform and doesn’t have good people standing around. So by working with JA Consulting your organisation has accessed a set of experienced practitioners who really understand best practice and can provide immediate and responsive help far more cost effectively than employing a lot more people.
Who will you be working with?
We have a team of around 20 Principals and Associates who have successfully led £multi-million, international and small businesses. Our backgrounds span all the major functional roles, from Marketing, Sales, HR, Engineering to Project Management.
We all chose consulting because we found we really enjoy helping others succeed.
We are all problem solvers with a track record of delivering real results in short timescales.

What can you expect?
95% our work comes from repeat business because we are seen as great value and people like working with us. When you meet us, you'll find we're far more interested in talking to you about your business than talking about ourselves. You can expect us to be direct, use plain language and to give practical advice and support you can actually use. If we are involved in facilitating or coaching, you can be sure that what you say to us will be un-attributable unless you say it's OK to quote you. You can also expect us to tell your leadership what they need to hear, not what they want to hear - we’ll do it politely, but we’ve learnt it doesn’t help our clients or our reputation in the long-term if we don’t confront the difficult issues.
Our goal will be to pass on skills and knowledge to allow the organisation to be self sufficient as quickly as possible. Whilst this means less work for us in the short-term, we know it means we are likely to be invited back for another piece of work.
